How do I book a shoot?
I prefer a personal touch! Feel free to fill out this form and I'll be in touch! We’ll chat through your needs and make sure everything is tailored to your listing and brand.
What areas do you serve? Do you travel?
I’m based in the North Georgia mountains (Jasper/Ellijay/Blue Ridge area). My normal range is from Cherokee Co, GA to Cherokee Co, North Caroline and in between. Absolutely—travel is part of the job! Where do you need me?
What is your turnaround time?
Most services are delivered next day. Turnaround may vary slightly depending on what we’re capturing and editing—but I always aim for fast, professional delivery.
What types of properties do you photograph?
Homes, short-term rentals, land/lots, commercial spaces—you name it. I also offer lifestyle, branding, and headshot sessions.
Can I be in the photos or video?
Of course! Many clients love showcasing a personal touch. We can include agent intros, lifestyle shots, or full on-camera branding if you'd like.
Do you offer staging or prep services?
While I don’t stage, I’m happy to offer prep tips and help fine-tune things the day of. Presentation matters—and I’m here to help your listing shine.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens—I totally understand. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. If weather is not cooperative, we will reschedule for a time/date that works for everyone and Mother Nature.

Great question—and totally understandable! Yes, I’m a licensed agent (NC & GA), AND photography is a separate creative passion of mine. I’m not here to compete—I'm here to collaborate.
